When carried out well mystery shopping can be an extremely valuable tool for measuring service quality, sales practice and accessibility - identifying clearly areas for improvement.
Our investigators have been specially recruited and trained. We are rigorous about the standards we require from them, both in how they complete the task and how they document their findings. All questionnaires and shopper briefings are carefully tailored to the project/client.

- British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) over 100 investigations to check sales practice compliance with their OFT Approved Code.
- Age UK trading home sales investigations and benchmarking of their stairlift and bathing equipment trading partners.
