Online billing
Contract customers can view, but not pay bills online.
Pay as you go customers cannot view bills online, but can credit their
phone online.
Unless we say otherwise, all mobile suppliers offer:
- free directory enquiries and operator-assisted calls
(you need to register) if you cannot use a printed directory
- literature, contracts and bills in other formats if
you have poor sight
- bill payment nominee facility
- bill rebates for textphone users
