Bottles designed to be easier for babies to hold can help if you have reduced strength or dexterity.

Full-sized bottles with a hole through the middle can be easier to grip, but less easy to fill and clean. Avoid small versions.

If you have painful wrists the Tommee Tippee EasyGrip bottle with smooth sides might be more comfortable to hold. It was easy to fill but less easy to clean than an ordinary bottle.

Bottles with narrow knobbly waists were awkward to clean and uncomfortable to hold.
